A: As part of our goal to provide high quality services at reasonable prices, we include basic cleaning of tracks and screens at no extra charge!

Q: Can I request my favorite cleaner?
A: Yes! We cannot guarantee a cleaner's availability, but we will do our best to cater to requests. You can also select your preferred cleaner when you book online.

Q: What discounts do you offer?
We are proud to offer a 10% discount to active duty and veteran military families, as well as first responders, as a thank you for your service.
We also offer a 5% referral discount which is applied both to the person who gave the referral and their friend.
We offer a variety of discounts based on multi-service packages and cleaning frequency.

Q: What should I do to get my house ready for a clean?
A: Make sure all windows or surfaces being cleaned are accessible and any fragile items are removed from the windowsills.

Q: What do you use in your cleaning solutions? Are they non-toxic?
A: For the interiors of our window cleans we use a simple solution of dish soap and water. For the exteriors we apply an all-natural, plant-based solution to help keep your windows cleaner for longer. The solutions we use in your home are all non-toxic and environmentally friendly.
